So go to HikaShop, Konfiguration, tab "Anzeige", option "Aufteilung der Produktseite", and set it to "Standard". That is the setting which flips the image area and the add to cart area. If it is already on "Standard" there, then it is on the categories, field "Aufteilung der Produktseite" in the category edition page. About the pencils : they are gone because the option is back to "Nein". I checked your product and category pages just now, and the grey bars with the file names are not in the page at all anymore, for anybody. The option is in Konfiguration, tab "Erweitert", "Display-Anzeigen von Dateien", set it to "Frontend" and save. But you do not need the pencils for this problem, and I would leave that option on "Nein".
