Anyone who takes out a subscription should automatically receive a serial number which they enter into a program to activate the subscription. This subscription should be able to be extended either from the start or before or after it expires. I have looked at some instructions but I don't understand them... can anyone explain this to me using an example or show me a good video tutorial? I would be grateful for some help.
