Cependant, dans le menu Système>Statuts de commande, vous pouvez utiliser la colonne "annulable" (cancellable) pour spécifier les statuts de commande pour lesquels les clients pour demander une annulation de leur commande: www.hikashop.com/support/10-documentatio...rstatus-listing.html Cela vous enverra un email, et vous pourrez ensuite les annuler ou les supprimer.
