This was unfortunately only discovered after our latest event which meant that around 28 people got access to an event that should not have got access and we lost $560 in revenue - and that's only the ones we know of now!! I cannot figure out the problem without doing a forensic audit, but it seems that a user places an order, pays with PayPal, the order is created and, then about 2 minutes later another (duplicate) order is created and is marked paid with PayPal. We did not notice that the first order is marked "created" only but the second one is marked "confirmed" - so it does seem as if the PayPal payment confirmation creates a new order randomly. Will need to investigate This is really exceptionally serious and if you have any idea what could cause this or if you have seen it before I would appreciate your letting me know. Shopping carts usually empty the cart when user returns from PayPal to final page. And at the same time the user receive a bill. I don't know if PayPal sends a special code (in http) or not. It is not possible to do it in the same way? Couldn't be for example a final page on the site, and when user returns to it, only that time the cart empties, user gets thank you message and he gets a bill? Thanks.") Customer adds to cart 2. Customer initiates checkout, chooses for example PayPal 3. Transfers to PayPal payment page, then CANCELS payment and returns to Hikashop 4. Cart now shows EMPTY () 5. Customer now goes to product page and ADDS product to cart 6. Message pops up "Cart Empty" and no matter how many times you now try to "Add to Cart" the cart remains empty. If customer logs out and back in, then suddenly the cart is still empty, but if customer now ADDS to cart, the resultant cart suddenly has the products just added, plus the ones added before logging out (but which did not show in the cart then). We want to sell tickets for a concert. So I set it are: Adult, Child Under 16 and Child Under 7 So I set it all up to work with a Characteristic called "Ticket Type" then created 3 variants within that for the 3 ticket types. Now, when I publish the product, users can only choose ONE of the variants to add to their cart. How can I get them to for example choose 2 of variant 1, 2 of variant 2 and 2 of variant 3 then add to their cart? At the moment they can just choose one of the variants, that's it. Is there another way of doing it?
