However, I now have the issue that nothing at all shows up on the shipping page when I select the UPS plug-in, just a 'Next' button. Let me start with this question- are the UPS access key, USER ID, password, and Shipper Number all required to get the plug-in to work? I'm building this site for a client, so perhaps they have that information, but I wanted to test the ordering process in the meantime. If they are required, that is the problem. If not, any suggestions?
