For this : - Go to **Components** => **HikaShop** => **Configuration**, - Then in **Feature** tab, - And Go to **Vote & Comment** part - And reproduce this configuration on the screenshot, and especially those which are red framed. If yes, then the problem comes from your template view overrides and you'll have to check with your template provider. It looks like they have view overrides that are outdated, and that what is causing the problem.
