See Items That Are in Users Wish List

Is there a way to see a list or get a report of items that are in Users Wish List?

I'm not to sure to follow you well, but I will try to answer in a rather general way, and will invite you if I miss your point to provide more elements.

In order to see the Wishlist, your user can proceed as show on my screenshot :
- From the classic way, with in your menu a link to your User Account (Create an Item Menu, type : User control panel)

Sure, goe in the menu Customers>Wishlists in the backend and you can see all the wishlists of all your users.
