integration facebook how?

i used hikashop essential 1.5.1

sorry but i cant configurate this plug , i try try try and nothing

for example this parameter : " Facebook admin " is the api key? or id aplication facebook? or normal count facebook?

i put the id aplication facebook but nothing .

i used time ago a plug joomla in the front page in the rigth side here : www.cotizaloaqui.com this plug use the api key , but the plugin hikashop dont work with this api key ? , then a put the id aplication and nothing so.... i wrong?

where is the id ?

You probably don't see it because you customized the product page. In that case, new features are not guaranteed to be usable.

The facebook ID is not necessary in order to use the plugin. On our demo website, we don't have any Id set in there and the plugin works. The ID is recommended by facebook so that it will be able to display you some statistics about the clicks on your products in your facebook account.

What you need to do is to edit the file show of the view product via the menu Display->Views and add the tag {hikashop_social} in there. That will be replaced by the plugin automatically.

but every try i click in "like" i recive this error :



when i click in the text "error" show tehe msg facebook : " No lograste dar una lista válida de administradores. Debes proveer los administradores usando una meta etiqueta fb:app_id o una meta etiqueta fb:admins para especificar una lista con comas de usuarios de Facebook."

say that : i dont give a list valid of administrator. i need to give administrator using meta etique fb:app_id

i check your demo hikashop and have this same error

You need to enter your username in that facebook admin option and you won't get that message.

hi nicolas i resolved the problem

for others users here how i fix this error :

in id facebook : is your id aplication

then you get this error: "The application ID specified within the "fb:app_id" meta tag is not allowed on this domain. You must setup the Connect Base Domains for your application to include this domain."

in your configuration app facebook look this parameter write your web page

example

site URL : www.cotizaloaqui.com
SITE domain : cotizaloaqui.com

that the error resolved , its works for me...

I had just read Chaka's message and tried to understand but the language is not clear

I have gone to the Hikashop Social Network plugin and tried both the id number: 221186147891907 or the business page name: juiceylucys and neither work.

As for finding something on the facebook side - couldn't find anything that matched what was explained if it was there that i was supposed to find anything to setup.

This is to be clear for a Facebook Page [Business Page] not a user or group.

You need to insert an application id in that option which can be created on that page : developers.facebook.com/setup/

pressed Create App, it gave me:

Juicey Lucy's is now registered with Facebook. You can edit your app settings at any time in your Developer Dashboard.
App Name: Juicey Lucy's
App URL: www.juiceylucys.com/
App ID: 205002732877266
App Secret: [a secret key]

I typed in that App ID in the field:

Facebook admin: 205002732877266

in the Hikashop Social plugin....

and I still get this error when I try to like this page/product:

www.juiceylucys.com/index.php?option=com...duct_id=2&Itemid=592

The app ID "221186147891907" specified within the "fb:app_id" meta tag was invalid.

I've cleared my cookies, cache, joomla cache and nothing seems to work...

you need configurate your site and domain in your facebook app confiration . only that

example of my site



that id app is your id you need type in the plugin hika shop

advise : eraser you number app ID of the post and sometimes facebook server take some time to make the changes in all server. dont proof it immediately
