-- PHP version -- : 7.3.19
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Versie 83.0.4103.116 (Officiële build) (64-bits)

I created an affiliate Partner and then asked to create an order and then completed it but now I don't know what to do next.
I do not see for whom I have to transfer this amount. Only the amount and that there is a check mark

Hi,

Since the affiliate feed is noted as paid in the order, it means that you already clicked on the "pay now" button for the partner of that order and you got the popup which told you that you have to pay the partner the amount you need to either via paypal or manually. And once you confirmed that popup, the fee was noted as paid in the order and thus it not appearing anymore in the "unpaid amount for sales" of the partner.

Hi,

The pay now button is on the partner edition screen. You can see it in the screenshot from your first message.

Just done a new test

Made a customer order and then chose to shipping
I expect that you will see the amount 961.77 at STATS and click on DETAILS at "Unpaid amount for sales" to make the payment with Paypal.
What am I doing wrong?

It depends on your configuration :

Minimun delay before paying the affiliate commission
Set the delay before an affiliate commision will be paid.
The order partner fee will only be taken into account in the total commission to be paid to the partner once that delay has been reached for the order.

Hi,

Then, go in the menu System>Order statuses and check the column "Affiliate". Only the orders with a status enabled under that column will be taken into account.

Also, I don't have a screenshot of all the details of the order but it seems that the partner and the customer of the order is the same user account. However, you have the "no self affiliation" setting turned off in your configuration. So in that case, the affiliation will be discarded if the partner is the same user account as the customer of the order.
