No Payment methods Found,

we have enabled the payment paypal plugin and have set the right conditions within paypal and api. paypal plugin does not work, we have tried different paypal plugins and methods but still getting No Payment methods Found.
collect on delivery works but that is not what we want.
Your help is much appreciated

Note that PayPal ExpressCheckout is a payment method that's supposed to be displayed and used under your cart and not through the "Payment methods" section of your checkout workflow.

If you want your payment method to be displayed during your checkout workflow, then you should try another paypal payment method, and follow each points of the "Payment methods" section of our FAQ if it still doesn't display :
