USPS First Class Package International Service

We just made a quick fix to let USPS decide if the customer should have access to a "first class mail international" service. So, can you edit the "\plugins\hikashopshipping\usps\usps.php" file and change these lines :

if($parcel->Weight > 13 && $type =='FIRSTCLASSINT' && isset($rate->shipping_params->firstclass_mail_type) && $rate->shipping_params->firstclass_mail_type == 'PARCEL')
return;

By :

//if($parcel->Weight > 13 && $type =='FIRSTCLASSINT' && isset($rate->shipping_params->firstclass_mail_type) && $rate->shipping_params->firstclass_mail_type == 'PARCEL')
//return;

And test it again ?

Doesnt seem to have any effect on the quoted prices and doesn't offer the International Package service

Are there any plans to add the USPS First Class Package International Service for packages over 4lbs?

We actually don't have any weight limitation for USPS on our end, we're only sending orders information to the USPS platform, and displaying available services.
So we'll need more information about the situation in which you want the First class international service to be available, as we don't apply any limitation.

The First Class Package International is apparently much less than the Priority Mail International

I think that service is already available, you'll just have to :
- enable the "First Class Mail (International)" service
- set the "First class mail type " option to "Package service".
