How I can edit fields in "shipping step" when making an order?

I need to have the opportunity to swap all those fields places and delete some fields. How to do it?

Normally, you just have to go in the menu Display>Custom fields in the backend of Hikashop and change the order of the fields there.
However, I see that you have the address edition view customized to display the fields on several columns. So I'm not sure if that will change anything.
You might have to edit the file "show_block_address" via the menu Display>Views and change the code there if it has been customized by your side or your template provider.
