Hi,

We have set vote and comments to public. Would it be possible to disallow adding comment using already registered email? Some kinda error message that email is already in use...Now if you have account, you still can put same email for the comment.

Please advise?

I am not sure how to explain it better.

I mean if you set comments to public, you can use email who already have account when leaving a comment. I would like to avoid that and rise error message or something.

As example when you try to register with email who already is in use, you will get error message that this email is already in use.

Same behivour would be welcome for comments.

There's actually no option to do that, so the solution will be to directly edit the code of the "save" function of the file "components\com_hikashop\controllers\vote.php".
