Hi,

Access you gave me last time did not work any more so I can't check your configuration etc.
Did you change something when you went to production ?
Did the server, database change ?

I pm'ed u just now, yes it did work fine, then I had to remove the test products and install actual products, and yesterday the site went live and we have orders which have no serial assign to them.
Under the product page it shows we got 100 item available but I have no idea why it is not assigning them.

Please do tell me exactly what you do, so next time I dont have to bug you guys.

Hi,

Last time I recreate the link between the product and the pack.
I think I have create a new serial too and look if the product quantity changed.
You can use the "refresh association" button in the order to make associations and look at the product quantity too (in the front end).

I will make new tests in order to reproduce your problem.

can u please use the current packs and serials to solve the problem? because orders are conf, but no pin assigned.

I pm'ed u the new user/pass on the forum.
No i did not change anything, I just deleted the old pack and installed a new ones, and created a product and link it to the pack.
I do not see "refresh association" anywhere.

found the refresh association button and it works once I click on it, i processed all but one order using that method.
Now order S16 is still has no pins assigned, last time once you did your thing, it also assigned pins to confirmed orders, So i want to keep that order like that to make sure our system is working, once u r done.

Sorry for the delay, I did't have any alert on private messages.
I have upgrade your store with the latest version of HikaSerial, this new version have a fix for paypal notifications and add some features.

It should work fine with the paypal patch !

Hi,

Updates does not affect your serials, your packs, or your assignations.
But like I said, I have finally see your PM, I went to your website and update your HikaSerial with the latest version which is not published yet (the 1.2.0)
So you have now the latest version installed in your website. The 1.2.0 version of HikaSerial should be published (and so accessible for download) during the week end of begin of next week.

Hi
I see that I do have hikaserial 1.2.0 and it is published, and I also see GroupAssociation - HikaSerial Consumer plugin which is not published, should i publish this?
There still order that has no key assign to it (Order number S16)
What do I do?

Hi,

If an order does not change, HikaSerial can't see if there is some serials to assign/unassign.
When an order change is status, when the order change to "confirmed" or change to "cancel", HikaSerial is triggered and would modify the serial assignations.
There is two ways to refresh an order :
- Use the "refresh association" button.
- Change the status of the order twice (first to "created" for example and after to "confirmed")

You can activate the "Group Association" plugin but if you don't want to use such feature you can let it unpublished :)

Hi,

It was just a problem with the paypal notification which has been fixed in HikaSerial 1.1.0-1
So this particular problem will not append.

After that, if you made some modifications in an order and the status does not change, use the "refresh association" button in the backend to manually check assignations.

Jerome today there was a new order "B2A3" and it did not assign pin number to it, the order was confirmed, I had to manually press the "Refresh associations" to have it assign pin number, we need this to be fixed since the site is live now, please have a look and advise.

Hi,

Your error is very strange. Can you send a FTP access I have to check if your files are up to date and check your PHP log.
The assignation works well if you change the order status in the backend or if you use the button.
It's like the HikaSerial trigger is not called by HikaShop.

I have to make some tests and simulate a transaction (with a fake paypal notification).
