Hi,

I didn't placed any order. I was talking about other orders, when you made your tests.
Like the order of the "2013-11-13 15:52"

Oh okay. The status for that order is Created. When our store gets a notification it says, "The status of (order details) is now ." There is no pending or confirmed.
But it's not just my test orders that aren't working - it's all orders. None of them are changing status to confirmed (since installing HikaMarket).

So, what do I need to do? PayPal is communicating with our website. Is there some setting in the configuration I need to change?

Could it be our security component that won't allow the change? We're using jSecure Lite: extensions.joomla.org/extensions/access-...czo3OiJqc2VjdXJlIjt9 .

Hi,

Ok so, once again

It means that paypal right call your website (so, a good news).
But the order is not set as "confirmed" from paypal, otherwise the order status will be changed into "confirmed".
I think that you received a Pending notification.
www.hikashop.com/support/integrated-docu...l-error.html#pending

If you didn't receive any

YOUR_WEBSITE payment notification : payment SOMETHING for order no.ORDER_NUMBER

emails, it means that the order is pending.
Please read the documentation:

Pending payment
A pending notification means that the customer entered his payment information but that paypal could not yet receive the funds. In that case, we highly recommend you to check your paypal account, the order information, and maybe contact your customer, and decide yourself what to do with the order.

And check as much as possible your paypal account to understand why you are not receiving a "confirmed" from paypal

Hi Jerome,

I read this on the PayPal website: www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/a...-info-outside&bn_r=o

So, does that mean that every time a customer makes an order, the receiver email (our PayPal receiver email) will receive a notification that has to be approved before the status will be updated in HikaShop? If so, that would explain the "pending" status.
We didn't have to do that when before we started using HikaMarket. Orders were automatically approved in PayPal and updated in HikaShop.

From PayPal: "Each time you receive an IPN from PayPal, you must complete the Notification Validation process described below before fulfilling the order. Verifying the information listed will ensure that the transaction is legitimate."

Is there a way to automatically approve those transactions in PayPal so that customers don't have to wait?

Thanks.

Hi,

Yes, I am quite sure that you have an option in Paypal itself to ask for an automatic approval.

I spoke with PayPal and IPNs have to be manually approved. So, I just decided to stick with plain payments. It's easier than trying to get adapative payments to work.
Thanks for all your help.

Hi,

It is really strange.
Why should you manually approved the payment when some other HikaMarket users have this working directly ?
Is this because you use parallel payment ? Do you have more details about that ?

Thanks,
