So this show that there is a problem which need to be solve.
What do you mean by "you should get customer details (email) before send him of to paypal payment gateway" ? There is a hikashop form before when you go on the shop. But if you are talking about the paypal button, I had to add them quickly in order that my customer could still buy what they want until my shop get repared.
