Hi,

I have set up price ranges for the manual shipping plug in and for a time, they were working perfectly. My client decided to change the price and the ranges, so I changed them as needed. Ever since, I have been getting either wrong price ranges on shipping, or none at all. I'm attaching a screen shot as an example, of how the wrong one is being selected.

Please help, shipping has given me 15 kinds of headaches.

Hi,

1. You can maybe check the FAQ and try to solve the problem
2. Can you send me screenshots of your manual shipping methods that you have now
3. Can you explain what you exactly want to do with your manual shipping method ?

1. I'll take a look, in the meantime I'll answer your other questions.

2. Attaching shipping methods and also an example of a wrongly selected shipping method on the frontend.

3. I want the shipping method to automatically select the correct shipping price based on the order price. For example, if I have an order of 23.99 the price should be $8.00 for shipping.

Ok, something that I did made it work somewhat (added weights to every product in my catalog) but when I update the quantity when viewing the full cart, the shipping costs go away on that page. If you hit next, they come back. A small error at this point, but my client is demanding consistency :(

Help!

mojooutdoors.dreamhosters.com/index.php/products-listing

I'm not measuring the shipping classes based on weight, but none the less I went back and changed each class to have kg as the default. Still having the same issue :(

See for yourself.

Can you try it with the "Force shipping regardless of weight" option set to YES ? (through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout").

I was already set to that option, actually.

Ok then it must be because in your payment plugin's options, you restricted it to only some shipping methods. Just unselect the selection there and it will display for all of the shipping methods.

It's still not showing a shipping cost when refreshing the quantity of a specific product in the cart. :(

That's because you removed the "shipping" view from your checkout workflow option of the configuration.
Without it, the system is not recalculating the shipping method when you change the products in the cart.
