Template for end of process if user dont have to p

Hi
We offer some products with coupons that result for specially users as products without costs.
Then the checkout payment page don't show any payment methode. Thats good.
After that appears a "page" on the same URL checkout/step/step-3.html with only a "thank you for purchase" text (in German).

Which template (display -> views) I have to modify for this?
