mix and match discount

Perhaps it is already mentioned before but I can not find it.
Is there some method to do a mix and match disount.
Something like second product has 25% discount.
So I order 2 products. The highest price is 100% and the second one has a price off from 25%

It's currently not possible with the coupon system of Hikashop but you can take a look at AWO coupon they may have a solution to do that kind of thing.
