Show everything Twice

It's probably because in the hikashop options of your menu (you can access that via the menu Display->Content menus and then open the menu with the id 123 ), you have the option "Sub elements filter" to "all sub elements" and the option "Show sub categories" to something else than "no childs". If you change one of them, you won't get your sub categories twice on the page.
