Calendar Delivery Dates for "Booking" Product

I would like to know how to set up a filter that will only allow certain number of products to be purchased on specific days.

For example,a customer comes and wants to buy a package. They select their package, make their customizations via the custom fields, and then checks to see if it is available. They are buying packages that will be delivered on specific days, but only two can be delivered on any one day. These are purchased in advance.

I was thinking on creating a bridge between HikaShop and JEvents, but if I can do it just using a calendar feature with restricted purchasing, that would be best.

For the moment I'm working on a refactoring of the HikaShop checkout system and the implementation of an API for HikaShop.
Once that big development will be finish, I want to start working on HikaBooking ; but I know that I'll have some other (small) tasks for HikaMarket or HikaSerial, but I should have enough time to work on HikaBooking.
