Even in a non-password-protected directory I don't get it to work. Is there a way you could take a look, because this is VERY frustrating!!

Hi,

Please remember that you need to enter the path of a file and that this path has to start with your website absolute path. We didn't mean that you should put your website absolute path in that option (the system would be able to get that automatically actually).
So the path you need to enter should actually be something like that:
/var/www/mysite/lastorder.csv

where /var/www/mysite is the path of the website and lastorder.csv is the name of the file.
You can also put it in a sub folder if there is a problem with the access rights of that folder.
For example: /var/www/mysite/media/com_hikashop/upload/lastorder.csv
That's where the uploaded images are stored. That folder has to be writable or you wouldn't be able to upload images in HikaShop.

Hi guys,

Is there already somebody who has created an connection with Exact?
For Dutch users it would be better to use Woocommerce because that has more options to sync with all kind of accountant software.
Hikashop should have that to to survive the growing Woocommerce i think.

Hi,

HikaShop already has integration with a bunch of accounting solutions.
Unfortunately, like for payment gateways, there are hundreds of different solutions each one with its own integration different from the others. So we can't build one for each one.
If you need one, you can always have it developed by a developer, or use the default CSV export system in HikaShop to import the orders manually in the accounting software.

Yeah i understand that is is for you difficult to manage all those.
But i think there are users who have created the connection so i would like to find those :-)
I will ask it on the forum in the Netherlands because Exact is i think dutch.

Thanks!

Hi,

Yes. It could also be a good idea to talk about that at the HikaShop Day:
