Hi,
When there is inserted a certain quantity of product

The product is scaled on the creation of the order when it should be on the order confirmation.

Is it correct?

why?

Hi,

Yes it's correct, but since the 2.1.0 there is an option to update the product quantity on order confirm.
In Configuration > #main_product you can find the option " Update the product stock on confirmed status "
