All items description screwed up!

Hi support team,
I have a problem since the last update. The items descriptions are screwed up. Instead of displaying the description text in the related area, I am seeing a secondary reproduction of the webpage as shown in the screenshot. Please, help!

Hi,

First it looks like you have some cache activated, I can see the tag "{hikashop_social}" in your screenshot.
About your main problem, it come from a javascript script, the tab system does not seams to work fine and create a tab which point to the website root, not to the description.

Ok... So how I am going to fix what you have diagnosed?
By the way, I have cleared the cache, without any improvement.

Hi,

Change the option "product page layout" to "default" in the configuration and that should help.

Euhh, l'option "product page layout" (mise en page de la page produit) se trouve dans l'onglet Affichage de la configuration et non dans l'onglet Principal où vous avez fait votre capture.
Etes vous sûr d'avoir vérifié la bonne option car d'après la capture de la page produit, c'est toujours la mise en page en onglet qui est utilisée.

Si cela ne fonctionne toujours pas avec cette option correctement configurée, merci d'éditer votre produit et de vérifier que l'option du même nom est configuré aussi sur "défaut".

C'est corrige et fonctionne normallement.
A propos. J'aimerais savoir pourquoi cette configuration aurait ete modifiee il y'a 3-4 jours, bien que je n'aie pas eu a acceder a la configuration generale depuis 3 mois.

J'ai juste ajoute un nouvel article, comme a l'habitude. Je n'avais pas eu de probleme jusque la. C'est en verifiant, par routine, que tout etait ok que j'ai constate le probleme.
Maintenant, je m'apprete a faire de meme. J'espere que je n'aurai pas de maivaise surprise.

Oh oui, il y a bien un probleme, monsieur!
Je viens d'ajouter un article. Apres verification que tout est correctement affiche, je clique sur le boutton de droite (article suivant), alors je constate que le probleme est recurrant. Il semble qu'il y a ici un bug!

Bonjour,

Il est possible que vous ayez spécifier un "layout" spécifique pour une catégorie de produit voir même par produit.
Le "nouveau" produit peut avoir des catégories différentes et donc, avoir des options d'affichages différents.

De plus, je remarque encore votre soucis lié au plugin "hikashop_social" et son non affichage (venant généralement du cache).
