Double Email Order Confirmation

Hi Nicolas,

When a customer completes an order he receives double emails of order confirmation.

Why does it happen?

Hi,

There is only one confirmation email. The first one is an email sent when the order is created. The second one is sent when the order is confirmed (the payment is received).
If for example you use the bank transfer plugin, he will only receive the first one at the end of the checkout. The second one will be sent if the activate the user notification when you change the status of his order to confirmed when you receive his bank transfer.
