Stock are automatically displayed in the last version.

Hi,

If you have right configure your product, having a quantity number (and not unlimited).
The remaining product number would be displayed in the product page.
No option, nothing to do. This information is displayed with the "add to cart" button.

One little more information : it uses the translation "X_ITEMS_IN_STOCK", so if your translation for this key is empty, it would displayed anything.
