resizing product boxes

Because of the diversity of products, my product boxes are different heights (see attached) How can I force all boxes to to largest common denominator or better yet where and how do I edit the product box display.

You can add CSS code on your website in order to adjust the height of all the item boxes like that:
.hikashop_subcontainer{
height: 300px;
}
