Translate title in send emails

Hi,

Can you provide a screenshot of the settings of one of these custom fields and a screenshot of an email with the issue ?

Hello,

You have changed the "value" of the custom field ; so you have de-synchronize your field with the content in the database.
If you want to translate the field, just touch the "title" column or use the Joomla translation system.
But if you touch the "value", you broken the field.
Please restore the values as it was (you can use the demo website to check it how it's configured).
