Hi,

To perform a login you have to use Joomla, because it's related to Joomla.

But I think that the best will for you will be to have an option to target the serial user instead of the logged user.
So I added a new option in the plugin for the next HikaSerial release.
The idea is to check the new setting during "onBeforeSerialConsume" and to load the user link to the serial during "onAfterSerialConsume", then depending the new setting, we pass the logged user or the linked user to the function "givePoints".

Hi Jerome,

I have downloaded HikaShop 2.4.0 and HikaSerial 1.9.1 .

When I tried to check or consume a serial without being logged in to the website, I received the following error:
{"error":"404","error_text":"no serial"}

When I am logged in, the response is as expected.

Did I forget to do something?

Hi,

It will depend on your HikaSerial configuration and the consume plugin you're using.
It is possible to refuse the "guest consuming" like it is possible to restriction the consumption for some specific user groups.

Please find the attached files with the serial configuration, the generator, the consumer and the pack.

I am still receiving the same error:
{"error":"404","error_text":"no serial"}

Awaiting your answer.

Regards

Hi,

You have the option "consume will check/assign user".
The first part of the option is to check if the user who consume is the same that the user who is assigned (in the case there is one).
The second part of the option is to assign if the serial is not already assigned.
