Family Plan - with Serial or Subscription

Hello,
I am attempting to build a Family plan with Subscriptions/Serials.
? How can I achieve the following ? Or, come close to it? If, at all.

1. I would like User A to purchase a recurring (subscription/serial) Family Plan for four people/accounts.

2. Each member of the family will be able to create a separate account and use the coupon/serial to pay for their recurring subscription.
• A. Or, have the serial auto generate an account based on emails submitted with the order.
• B. Possible if, linked to a product with an appropriate cost for the coupon.
• C. Problem - coupon amount must be equal to the price paid for the coupon.
• D. Family Plans for 4 to 8 people would have different pricing (products for each variable rate would need to be created so the coupon can be used, and the end user would have to be told where he can redeem his membership ... ).

3. All four accounts are linked under a serial or coupon for the Family Plan.

4. If Family plan is renewed by User A, or recurring subscription is paid, all user accounts would be extended (and not just the purchasing account).
• A. See no way of accomplishing this with Hika (???).

5. If non-payment, or the plan is not renewed by User A, the serial/coupon would expire, and all accounts would expire.
• A. Natural result of allowing the coupon/serial to expire.
• B. Users could then establish their own subscription under a higher/non-family plan.

If possible, I would like this all to be auto recurring - so the user does not have to do anything after the initial purchase, other than send the coupon to their family members.

[Or 2A - send an auto generating account with coupon/serial based on emails submitted during purchase.
This would incur additional programing, or backend service person cost, as user may not have all emails at the time of purchase, or an email address may be incorrect.]
