I want to create a discount coupon code (not in percentage, but in numbers) to apply only to a product to be used only once.
Sorry, but I really don't understand how to do it.

Hello,

So you want to use the coupon generator.
The "coupon template" will be duplicate for each serial generated ; you can use a fixed value (directly in the coupon) or choose a dynamic value which will be related to the "serial product" (product with the pack, which generated the serial in the order).

Since your template includes all HikaShop restrictions, you can easily set-up the product restriction and the global quota (to 1).

Sorry I explained myself badly. I created a coupon in Hikashop (screenshot1).
Now I would like to reproduce it in HikaSerial by uploading a csv of 1200 codes in order to create 1200 coupons with those codes.

Hello,

You can't.

But you can ask HikaSerial to generate 1200 serials (and the coupon codes in the same time).
Once the serials created, you will be able to export the list in CSV if you want to have all the codes in one file.

Uploading a CSV to create serials, will just create serials but won't create the corresponding coupons ; you need to use the generation process to do so.

You keep assuming I know how to do it. But if I knew how to do it I wouldn't have opened the ticket. Let's recap: I already have the code file in csv because I generated it separately for AWOCoupon that I used before with Virtuemart. Now we have moved on to Hikashop and HikaSerial. What I don't understand is how to turn them into discount coupons. If you could kindly explain to me step by step how to do it. If it should be done in HikaSerial or in HikaShop I don't know. That's why I opened the ticket. In the documentation I didn't find this tutorial or explanation of the process to obtain discount coupons by uploading a csv file.

Hello,

I only provide support for HikaSerial, which is the component I develop (and that ticket is in the HikaSerial section).
If you need support for HikaShop, the HIkaShop section of the forum will be more useful for you.

AWOCoupon propose integrations with HikaShop too; you can take a look at what's possible with it.
But if you do want to upload a CSV file in order to create HikaShop coupons, I can tell you that HikaSerial is not the solution.
You can use HikaSerial to create you a big quantity of coupons (and serials) and then export them ; the other way is not possible.

Regarding HikaSerial capabilities, that's what I can tell you.
Now if you do want details regarding the HikaSerial procedure, we can go deeper in the explanation. But I need to be sure that you're okay with the process (which differ from your original request).

I solved it. I reloaded AWOCoupon and I do it with that. Of course not providing the possibility of loading coupon codes in Hikashop is really...

Hello,

Once again ; I invite you to create a new thread in the HIkaShop section of the forum if you have HikaShop feature request.

Thanks to HikaSerial, you can generate a huge quantity of HikaShop coupons (by duplicate on coupon template), but HikaSerial will create the codes (serial) for you too.

You said "you can generate a huge quantity of HikaShop coupons (by duplicate on coupon template)" do you think I use the duplication of the coupon template to create 1200 discount coupons, obviously each with a different code?
We chose Hikashop and Hikaserial because we thought they worked better than Virtuemart for a site that only has 3 products, but we are regretting having done so.
We create and manage stores in Magento, Prestashop, Woocommerce and for small sites we used Virtuemart. We chose HikaShop because Virtuemart is now a disaster, but we are working harder to make this small site with 3 products work than the sites in Magento that have thousands. That's fine. We will use AWOCoupon.
