Hi there,

Not sure what I am doing wrong, but I have enabled shipping plugins, but I cannot update and save them at all.

I have tried from the HikaShop backend and the vendor fronted, and it does not load the page after saving.

I can see them, but they just don't save.

Also, when you say "merchant ID" do you mean my REST key or my account number?

Hello,

I'm not able to understand your issue.
Do you have errors when saving the plugin in the HikaShop backend too ?

HikaMarket do not provide shipping plugins, they are mostly part of HikaShop package or third party developers.
I can't help you with the settings of these shipping plugins ; HikaMarket provides the interface to edit all the configuration fields and save it like HikaShop does in the backend.

Hi,

I discovered that I can save the shipping plugin setup for the main vendor in the backend, but not in the frontend, for some reason.

I am still testing with a demo vendor, and will let you know if I have any trouble.
