Add information hover tips or underneath each title and * on fields required

When vendors are adding new products or categories, how do we add informational text on what they have to do for each field or etc?

IE. we have some vendors that aren't too bright and need to be informed step by step how to fill in their info for products and categories.


Example see screenshot. We just want to add descriptors so no one ever asks, what goes here?

Also how do we add asterisks to fields required?

Doesn't really help but i found a way to edit language file, if you add enough text it makes it be a scroll over pop up and completes the task i needed. Thank you.
