Pop up window not coming up

Hello!

I have a question which I hope has an easy solution:) When I click on an image in a product page, the pop up does not show up. What happens is: The screen darkens as it should prior to the pop up, but no pop up. If i try a couple more times, the pop up loads with the image.

Any help would be great.

Hello,

Is there also a way to override how the thumbnails pull up the images as well. When I click on the main image it opens the new tab which is great. However, if I click on the thumbnails, it still tries to open the pop up, which freezes. It is not a huge deal but I thought that I would ask.

I uploaded the new file but when I click the thumbnails, the image is still trying to open in the pop up window. The main image still opens perfectly in the new tab.

Not sure what was going on with the my server and the file but I used the rokbox fix instead and it works perfectly!
