contact vendor button on product page

Hi,

i want that the users can directly contact the vendor over a button on the product page. When i enable the contact button on the product page it is only possible to contact me (the mainvendor). The option in hikamarket to contact the vendor only enable a button on the vendor page.
So is it possible to integrate a button on the product page that directly contact the vendor?

Hi Jerome

I have this option checked and the sub-vendor receives the enquiry but it is not sent to the main vendor.

I have checked the email log and that only shows it being sent to the sub-vendor and the CC and BCC fields are empty.

Is there another setting that needs changing?

Hi,

When you activate the setting, the vendors receive the message for their products.
The store will receive messages for products without any vendor.

So I'm afraid that I don't understand what you're asking for.

What I would like to happen is that the message is sent to the sub-vendor of the product and also to the main vendor. (Ideally using CC or BCC.)

Hi,

There is no option to do that.
Like I wrote in my previous message, HikaShop can override the "contact" emails to send them to the vendors or, not override and let HikaShop send all emails to the store administrator.
If you want to change how the system works, you would need to modify an HikaMarket core file or to create a custom plugin to do that specific task (and deactivate the HikaMarket feature).

Hi Jerome

Ahh that's a shame. I tried adding the main vendors email to the sub-vendors in the Main Information panel. This worked OK for the contact form but stopped the order emails from being sent to the sub-vendors

I had a quick look at the product/contact view but couldn't figure out how to modify it to cc the email to the main vendor.

I will put in a feature request and keep my fingers crossed
