Vendor CP Menu missing Entrys

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.2.1
-- HikaMarket version -- : 3.0.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.11
-- PHP version -- : 7.1.29
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Opera

Hello from Germany

If build a litte Shop to sell Used Things from "Privat 2 Privat"
Also I've build Categorys and Sub Cats in HikaShop.

New Registred Users only should Posts they're Products in this Area
Every new Registred User becomes automatically in Group "Registred" and also they have Rights in ACL to Post,Edit;Delete,................

Also Registred Useres and also Me (I'm Super User) just have no Accsess to Add new Products via Frontend



What's going wrong ? Maybe a Failure in front of Administration ? :whistle:

Hello,

The screenshot show the HikaShop user control panel.
You need to open the HikaMarket vendor control panel if you want to access to HikaMarket features.
The best is to create a new Joomla menu for that.

Thank you for fast Replay.

All New Registred Useres should automaticly set as Vendor (Hikamarket -->> Market Option -->> Register Option -->> Allow Vendor Register = Auto Valid.)
Entry Vendor Control Panel Button said : "No Accsess - Login as Vendor" :S

Sorry, No it isn't.

Just Super User have CP Access, New Registred User have no Access to CP also no Vendor Rights. (see Post before).
Also Privacy Note is not working (no Linking to Content)

Please provide a screenshot of your HikaMarket settings and another one of your HikaMarket vendor listing (in the backend).
Please use the forum upload system for your screenshot, it will be easier for our support.

Regarding "privacy note", I'm sorry but that part is not related to HikaMarket so I won't be able to help you for that.

ok, step by step :

In Backend there is no Vendor Listed , only when added "manually" it's working and Vendor CP is "enabled"
( I'll need this Process automaticly when new User is going on with "Selfregister Service" on Webpage)

The "Self Register Process" is working, but it would not set with Vendor Rights automaticly to make Product Offers via Vendor CP

My Solution is :
After Selfregister Process, the Seller would be abled to make Product offers only in Categorys I've added before.
He should ONLY have Rights to "ADD New Product" and "EDIT his own" Offers.
Add new Categorys or Delete should be forbitten.
This should be possible by Edit Permissions in Backend by myself.

I'll Hope now there No Misunderstandings anymore

I will focus on the HikaMarket questions.
For your HikaShop questions, please open a new thread in the HikaShop section of the forum ; thank you for your understanding.

Your screenshot for your HikaMarket setting is uncompleted because there are more settings for the HikaMarket registration and some other could affect the rest of the process (like the user group to have the automatic creation).
So please provide a more complete screenshot of your HikaMarket registration settings.

Also, I'm asking you details regarding your vendor listing ; the goal is to know if your vendors are created and published.
If not, it would explain why the user can't access the vendor control panel.
Please note that a user do not need to be in the vendor "user listing" when that use is the "administrator" (owner) of the vendor entity.

To configure the default ACL for your vendors, you need to set-up them in the HikaMarket configuration.
You will have one part for the default vendor access and, another one, to set-up specific rights for the main vendor (administrators who will manage the store from the front-end).

Problem Solved.

Just wrong Settings in "Self Register Option" was set.
Now is "Create Vendor on Register" the Right Way and it works
