When I select the Hikashop Orders Automatic Cancel Plugin, it gives the following error:

500 - An error has occurred.
The file order_auto.xml could not be found.

There is indeed a problem with current version of that plugin.
Please download the archive enclosed and install it. That new version won't have that problem and it will be included in next version of HikaShop.
