Upgrade to Hikashop Essential

Hello,

Have been using the Starter version of Hikashop to see how it all works.

I would now like to upgrade to the Essential version.

Once I make the purchase - do I download another version of Hikashop?

If that is the case, will installing the new version change what I have already set up in the Starter version.

It really is a very good product and your support is simply the best anyone could hope for.

Thank you.

Once you purchase the commercial edition, you will get an email with a link to the download page where you will be able to download the install package. You will be able to install it on top of your current version and it will keep all your settings and data.

I recommend that you do a backup before upgrading just in case something goes wrong during the install.

i m trying all day to buy hikashop without paypal account. i want to use visa option although i have a paypal account but i can't. is there any other immidiate way to do that?

Sorry for the screenshot in french, paypal load the language automatically.

What you can see is that, you can pay with a paypal account (the first "option") and you can pay directly with a credit cart (the second "option" which is selected).
This second option does not ask you to create a paypal account but it propose you to make one if you want. But you can just pay and not create a paypal account.

it's asking to create a paypal account.

PayPal tracks users with their browser and email address so that when they purchase several times, they don't let them purchase without a PayPal account.
Please try to create a new order on our website with a different email address and a different browser and that might help.
Otherwise, I encourage you to contact PayPal as there is no reason that they won't let you pay by card directly. It's working for other users purchasing on our website as Jerome showed you.
