1.5.3 to 1.5.4 Security Updates

I'm running what is now a very heavily modded version of 1.5.3. What files are required in the 1.5.4 update to ensure my modded version has the latest security changes?

If I do a full patch we'll lose a lot of our changes (if not all of them).

There hasn't been any security updates since 1.0.0 as none was found so far.
So there is nothing to change if you can't update.
