optional product add up issue

suppose we have a main product with variants and optional product.
if we leave the variants where they are and select optional product(YES), everything is fine 2 products will add to the cart.
BUT

If we select a different variant of the main product and then select optional product(YES), only one product(main) will add to the cart.

i have checked it many times and seems to be a bug somewhere.

There was indeed a problem on that end that we found 1 or 2 weeks ago. Please download the install package from website and update HikaShop on your website and it should then work properly.

i have downloaded the the package(business edition) from the website today and istalled it but its still the same. no change

Maybe it comes from a view customization you made ?
Try to rename temporarily the folder templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop to something else. If after that you don't have the problem, it means that it comes from a view customization.

i have double checked the files and compared them with newly downloaded files. problem remains the same. all the files in the newly donloaded package were last modified "7th feb 2012".

Could you give a link to the page where you have the problem so that we can see it ?

replaced show and show_default from mytemplate folder with the new one and Now its fine.
