Just spotted this problem with the new update...
Voting for comments left on products as a public user when public are not allowed to vote results in a poorly displayed error message. Firstly, the error message is only displayed when attempting to vote three times in rapid succession. Secondly the comment's "toolbar" including "bought" and "+/-" are displayed within the comment box, making the comment text display oddly depending on its size.
