Authorize.net gateway in Starter version

I installed the starter version, and while the product comparisons show 15 payment gateways available in the starter version, the software shows them only to be available in the paid versions. Is there a way to activate payment gateways in the starter version, or is this false advertising?

Starter version alows payment, did you activate and configure the hikashop payment plug in ?

You can configure the payment methods via the menu System->Payment methods in ALL the editions even the Starter.

Because you can't restrict payment plugins to user groups with the Starter/Essential editions.
By default all user groups have access to all published payment methods.

In most cases, you don't need that option unless you have a special use case with for example a Purchase Order (the customer basically pays later) plugin only visible to people in a specific user group.
