Analytics not working

I installed my account number into the google analytics plugin over a week ago and it is still not working. Am I doing something wrong?

Can you give us more information about the problem that you are having like an error message for example ?

Il n'y a pas de message d'erreur. Google Analytics est vide depuis plus d'une semaine. Pourtant j'ai bien mis le numéro de compte dans le plugin avec cours de change CHF. Il me semble avoir fait juste pourant. Voir ci-joint

Dans la documentation il est stipulé que cela peut prendre plusieurs jours, une semaine aurait dû être suffisant.
Êtes vous sûr de la validité de votre id de compte saisi dans le plugin, le plugin est bien publié ?

Avez vous eu des commandes confirmées durant cette semaine sur votre site ?

Mon compte est OK, le plug in est publié (vue vert sur le côté)

Je n'ai pas encore lancé le site donc pas de commandes pr l'instant.

Analytics est tjs à zero. J'ai une autre analyse de stat sur mon serveur qui lui fonctionne mais je préfère Analytics.

This plugin is not here to follow the visits on your website, for that there is plugins in Joomla.

But this plugin allow to have an anlytic on the orders, so if you don't have orders confirmed on your website, it's normal that you don't have results with that plugin.
