PDF Plugin dont work

Hi there
Just bought the pdf invoice plugin. Activated the plugin, and tried to make a purchase...

Now the shopowner dont receive email regarding creation of the new order.
The shopper gets an normal email.

No pdf is created or attached

Payment setup: Transfer via bank
pdf-invoice: Activated and default settings

Hi,

Can you check your PHP error log just after the creatino of a new order ?
It is possible that your server don't have a specific PHP module required by the PDF library or maybe a conflict with another plugin...
If you don't receive an email at all I think that it should be caused by a PHP error.

Just be checking it all...

It works with paypal payment BUT not with offline payment. Its Offline payment we need it to work with...

A customer makes and order, and gets the pdf invoice, so he can pay for the order....and put the pdf invoice into his own system as paid.....

BUG 2,
is that me as shop owner DONT receive message about the order anymore, after install of the pdf invoice plugin..

Please advise how to get this solved.....we are supposed to go online in a few days...

Forgot to mention:
When paying with paypal, - affter payment, when the page says it will redirect to the site...nothing happens
its changes to a white page, and the topurl says:
site.xx/index.php?option=com_hikashop&ct...pl=component&lang=en

Hi,

1. The PDF invoice is only added to the order status notification email which is sent to the user when the order is confirmed. When you pay with an offline payment, the order stays created at the end of the checkout and it's the order creation notification email which is sent to the user. So it's actually the normal behavior of the plugin that you're experiencing.
If you want it to add the PDF invoice to the order creation notification email instead, you'll have to edit the invoice PDF file:

2. That is not linked. If you don't receive the admin notification, it's either that the order admin notification email address field of the configuration is empty, or that you unpublished the email via System>Emails as far as I know.

3. That URL is the IPN URL of the paypal plugin of HikaShop. users should never be redirected there. You must have entered that URL in the return URL of the options of the paypal payment method via System>Payment methods (please make sure that the field is empty), or in a setting of your PayPal account.
