Where to find Terms & Conditions entry

where to find the Terms & Conditions entry in the main configuration? In 2.2.3 is a new setting for the popup size but I can't find the entry in the config.

Ok, found.....but that's really really hidden. I would expect it in HIKASHOP > SYSTEM > CART under the entry for the Article-ID of the terms & conditions page. But not in the popup where to choose the Article-ID.

The terms & conditions option is better with the checkout, because it is displayed during the checkout.

You can use the "find" feature of your browser if you want to know where an option is exactly.

You misunderstood me.
1. I meant HIKASHOP > SYSTEM > CHECKOUT (not CART)
2. The problem is not that the entry is in checkout, the problem is that the setting for the 'terms & conditions' popup dimensions appears in the popup where you select the Article-ID to the terms & conditions.

Look at the screenshots to see what I mean. Screen1 should be in Screen2.
