-- HikaShop version -- : Business 2.2.3
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.17
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.14
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Internet Explorer 9
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : N/A
I installed Hikashop Starter version a few days ago with no problem, but now that I'm trying to install the Business version, I get the following error: "There was an error uploading this file to the server."
I tried to install it using FTP (upload the file to the /tmp directory) and then specified "public_html//tmp/com_hikashop_business_2.2.3_2013-12-22.zip" in the Install Directory, but then it tells me "Please enter a package directory."
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks.

The HikaShop business zip package is higher than 2MB
A lot of web server have a upload limit set to 2MB so it does not accept bigger files.
Please use the "tar.gz" archive file which is lesser than the 2MB. Otherwise you will have to increase the upload limit or install by FTP.

Reading this documentation will probably help you :
If you have difficulties to install HikaShop, you may want to try to install it via FTP.
This way, Joomla won't have to upload the HikaShop package on your website so the installation will be much faster.
Extract your HikaShop package in a folder called "hikashop" on your own computer.
Open your FTP software (FileZilla for example), connect to your website and upload the folder "hikashop" in the temporary folder of your website : /tmp/
Go to your Joomla Installer manager on your website backend and specify the path of your folder in the input "Install from Directory" : "\home\...\tmp\hikashop".
Click on the button "Install"... the install process should be much faster and will enable you to successfully install HikaShop.
