Google Analytics Plugin not working

We are trying to use the Google Anayltics plugins. Last week we enabled the plugin but no data is being received. In the source code there is no mention of the Google Analytics account number etc.

Is there anything else that needs doing other than enabling the plugin and adding the correct account number?

Please remember that the Google Analytics plugin that is in HikaShop is only for the ecommerce part of the analytics.
So you won't see the code on normal pages of your website. You'll only see it on the thank you page at the end, after the payment.
So you'll also need a normal Google Analytics plugin for Joomla in order to send the rest of the data to Google Analytics on the other pages.
