image ajax custom field

Hello,

First I would like to tank you very much for updating the hikashop image upload with a progress bar. This is great.

Error 1:
Within the custom field I use "image ajax", I uploaded an image in the field "DEFAULT VALUE" but it resulted in a broken image in the link here above. The same happens whatever I upload, either be a .gif, .jpg. or .png file. The same happens also when I upload from the field "PREVIEW". I get a broken image. So I don't know if it's a bug or something else.

Error2:
When save the Custom field with image ajax I get the folliwing error:

"Error
Please complete the Téléchargez l'image à imprimer > field"

Error 3:
When one clicks on the link here above, uploads a picture and click add to cart, then the following errors pops up:

"Erreur
Veuillez remplir le champ Téléchargez l'image à imprimer >"

I am currently using your image barcode.png which I changed to my image.

Hi,

The "ajax image" can't manage a default value for the moment.
The way that the system works, it passes a file name with a security value (to be sure that you have the right to use the file name, that you don't try to trick the system). And this data is not manage in the backend for the custom field.
With the default value, the security field might not be right initialized.

I have to perform some tests to reproduce your configuration.
Would it be possible to have more details about it ?

Please read my previous message about default data... It is quite important to read and understand that.

The message you have in the backend is not a real problem.
Because the field is required and HikaShop try to store the default value when you save the field, the message is displayed.
But it does not affect the rest of the save for the custom field.
So if you want to save as the default value an empty value, you have to remove the "required", save the custom field (with an empty value) and then re-put the default value.
We will see to remove this message in a future release and improve the save of a empty default value even if the field have the "required" set.

For the front-end part, I will require some access (backend & ftp) in order to make some debug ; to understand the source of the problem.
But the fact that there is a default image is problematic for the process of the custom field.

Regarding your web page, the HTML content is broken.
The result is that the inputs are no more in the "form".
Because the Ajax system add dynamically the input fields in the HTML Dom, the elements are not seen in the form, so the data is not sent.
