Hi,
I have switched on the plugin that is supposed to redirect the virtumart links but it dosent seem to work and we are getting loads of 404 and 403 errors because of the old VM links. As an example:

www.cubiclefittings.com/component/virtue...emart_category_id/15 is generating a 404 but the tables do contain id cross reference to the correct hika product

Any help please as I don't want to create several thousand 301's

Thanks

Tony

Hi,

The current VirtueMart redirect plugin can only be used when the VirtueMart router has already processed the SEF URLs.
Next version will support the redirection of SEFed VirtueMart URLs without the VirtueMart router present on the website.
You can already use it by downloading it here: drive.google.com/file/d/0B3iaZgIZEiFLWU9...MFU/edit?usp=sharing
and then installing it on your Joomla website.

Hi,
works perfectly many many thanks
