Hikashop product is not showing variants when we add new products

ex. Length :'10 inches' their is color :'natural black'

but when we choose 10 inches in length ,it is not showing color natural black in other dropdown

but for old products it is working fine
ex. url : onychair.uk/products-category/product/7-virgin1b-machine-weft
when we choose length : 12 inches in above product it shows natural black

Note that your website is currently offline so I can't directly test it, can you remove you product, create it again so that we can see if it solved your issue ?

We have deleted the product twice and it still happens

Hi,

The refresh system on your characteristic dropdowns is a custom development that you have added. By default, HikaShop display all the possible values in all the dropdowns.
Unfortunately, I don't know how your custom code works so hard to say if it's because of that, or because of something else.
One thing you can check is that if you go in the "manage variants" button of your new product, you get the variants that you need. If not, then it would explain the issue and you would have to use the "new" button there to create the missing variants.
If yes, then all I can think of is that the problem comes from the customization of the code that was made.

i have made my website online ,below is the product url :

this is a test product and it has options - length :'10 inches' and color:'natural black'

but when i select 10 inches it doesn't show natural black

but this problem is only in newly added products and old products are working fine,please tell me how to solve this.

1. Can you :
- Go to one of your "new products" configuration page
- Use the "Manage Variants" button
- See if you have a '10 inches'/'black' variant

2. Also, can you test it without your code customization ?
